A proposta segue agora para an\u00e1lise no Senado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De autoria do Poder Executivo, o PL 1466\/25 substitui a Medida Provis\u00f3ria 1286\/24, que perder\u00e1 validade em 2 de junho. O projeto contempla categorias como<strong> docentes <\/strong>e <strong>t\u00e9cnico-administrativos em educa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> das institui\u00e7\u00f5es federais, que integram a <strong>base do SINASEFE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m dos reajustes salariais \u2014 que chegam a at\u00e9 23% para algumas categorias, no per\u00edodo de dois anos \u2014 o texto prev\u00ea <strong>mudan\u00e7as na estrutura das carreiras<\/strong>, cria\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>novos cargos <\/strong>e novos crit\u00e9rios para <strong>progress\u00e3o<\/strong>, com destaque para o<strong> adicional por qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> e a <strong>certifica\u00e7\u00e3o por capacita\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O SINASEFE acompanha de perto a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o e mant\u00e9m mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o em <strong>Bras\u00edlia<\/strong>.
