O IGP-M \u00e9 o \u00edndice previsto em contrato entre Sindicato e Plano como ferramenta de reajuste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 no Plano Regional Enfermaria, a base de c\u00e1lculo segue a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o nacional 309 da ANS, Ag\u00eancia que regula o setor, para planos com menos de trinta titulares. Neste caso, o aumento foi de 22,64%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O reajuste, no entanto, s\u00f3 deve ocorrer em janeiro do ano que vem<\/strong> &#8211; e n\u00e3o em dezembro, como acontece usualmente.
