Por ter menos de trinta titulares, esta op\u00e7\u00e3o de plano segue o prescrito na resolu\u00e7\u00e3o nacional 309 da ANS, Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Sa\u00fade Suplementar, que regula o setor.
